This Sydney single floor, architecturally designed semi-attached 2-bedroom dwelling had been outgrown. Quality was the main focus for our clients and they had strong views on what needed to be included in the new house, it needed to be practical and functional for their large extended family on all occasions.

This house did not have a sense of connection and the floorplan was disjointed and not family friendly. Rooms were closed off, separated and did not allow light and flow into the spaces. They wanted their home to feel connected and open. Open plan living is one of the biggest changes in contemporary home building design.
