Our client came to us with DA approval to transform a small, semi-detached Sydney house into a light-filled open plan home for a young family. The new addition to Maroubra House adds a second storey whilst re-connecting the dwelling to the outdoors and gardens beyond. It was a typical post-war, mass built semi-detached houses in the area, it sat on a small block
