Sophisticated Architecturally Designed Entertainers Home, Eastgardens
With most of the bedrooms located on the first floor the house has been designed around large open plan living to the ground floor and the design makes the house feel as though it is not a semi at all but in fact a free standing house.
The client brief was that it needed to make a statement from the street which is where the Anthra zinc cladding by VM zinc and white glazed bricks makes that statement, this house un-apologetically stands out in the street without being offensive which is what the clients had hoped it would achieve.
From the custom made Cambia Ash pivot front door, custom designed and fabricated stairs to the unbroken internal polished render along the entire length of the house the finishes from front to back and top to bottom are of the highest quality with every detail spent on the finishes.
